We operate under strict verification protocols, risk-controlled procedures, and secure handling methods to eliminate scams, fraud, and unauthorized access. Every transaction is carefully monitored to ensure clarity, transparency, and complete confidence for both buyers and sellers.

2. Middleman (MM) Fee Structure

Lord’s Hub charges a 10% Middleman (MM) fee, with a minimum fee of $15 per transaction.

3. Trade Securing Process

Once the MM fee is confirmed, our team immediately initiates the securing process. If the buyer pays the full amount upfront, the account is secured using buyer-provided security details, unauthorized access is prevented, ownership is transferred step-by-step, and verified screenshots with real-time updates are provided.

4. Facebook Account Security Timeline

Facebook accounts require additional stabilization due to platform security systems.

• Standard security period: 15–20 days
• Ownership verification
• Email & phone review
• Recovery link stabilization
• Risk flags clearance

5. Payment Release Policy

• All ownership links secured
• Account fully stabilized
• No pending risks
• Buyer confirms successful access

6. Holding of Accounts & Payments

To prevent scams and false claims, both the account and payment remain on hold until all security steps are completed and buyer confirmation is received.

7. Bot Policy

Bank Farm Bot Protection

If a shield drops due to confirmed bot malfunction, Lord’s Hub will compensate one full bank.

Ban Risk Disclaimer

Rein Bots and Bank Bots have an extremely low ban rate (~2%). If a ban occurs due to game enforcement or automated detection, Lord’s Hub is not responsible.

Bot Expiry & Renewal

• Bank Farm Bot: 2-day renewal warning
• Failure to renew causes shutdown
• Rein & War Bots expire immediately

8. Refund Policy

• 50% refund if verified issue appears within 10 days
• Refunds only for genuine confirmed issues
• All gem deliveries backed by video proof
• False non-delivery claims not accepted

9. Deposit & Relinking Disclaimer

A 10% deposit is required before negotiation. If the seller agrees, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Account relinking is not guaranteed and depends entirely on game platform security systems.
